Step 1 · Gather Your Information

To request residential utility service, please have the following ready:

  • Name
  • Social Security Number (or other government issued identification number)
  • Spouse or roommate’s name
  • Service address
  • Home and work phone numbers
  • Place of employment
  • Mailing address
  • 911 Form

Step 2 · Place Your Deposit

Residential customers place a deposit as security for payment of utilities before service is turned on. Home-owners qualify for a lower deposit than renters.

A transfer fee of $30 will be assessed to transfer utilities from one service location.

Step 3 · Start Your Service

Once you have your information and deposit ready, stop by our office and we’ll set up your account and schedule your gas and water to be turned on.
